Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Subscription and recurring purchase orders may be canceled at any time before the next order is processed.

Customers may cancel their subscription through their customer account or by contacting The Confident Canine Pet Store at 669-888-3005.

Once an order has been processed or fulfilled, cancellation of the subscription will not automatically cancel or refund that order. Any return or refund for an already processed order will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Canceling a subscription stops future recurring charges and deliveries. There is no cancellation fee.
